"Poggio" is a "peripheral" park, detached from the inhabited center of Radicondoli. In the actual park there arefew equipments, technical services rooms related to the village and, above all, an Old Church dating back to the 12th century. The center of the village and the Poggio are two distinct and non-communicating elements. Design's general aim is twofold: to integrate the elements of the landscape within the inhabited center and, at the same time, to give a "structure" to the Poggio park by offering urban services (while maintaining its original vocation as a rural park).
