Client: Comune di Radicondoli

Poggio is a peripheral park, separated from the historic center of Radicondoli. Today, the park hosts only a few facilities, some technical service rooms connected to the village, and, most notably, an old church dating back to the 12th century. At present, the village center and the Poggio exist as two distinct and disconnected entities.
The design pursues a dual objective: to weave the landscape elements more closely into the fabric of the inhabited center, and to give structure to Poggio Park by introducing urban services—while at the same time preserving its original character as a rural park.
